Are you suffering from waterless hand disinfectant overexposure?

High exposure to disinfectants during the COVID-19 pandemic

Are you suffering from one or more of these symptoms, cause apparently unknown:

Wheezing
watery and irritated eyes
headaches and migraines
blurred vision
asthma and allergy attacks (first time or more than usual)
muscle pains
overtiredness
skin rash
tingling in the hands
jaundice

These are symptoms of severe over-exposure to waterless and hospital disinfectants.

A small percentage of the disinfectant chemicals and the alcohol base get absorbed through the skin and are taken by the lymphatic system to the liver for decomposition and disposal.

Some people, however, are unable to decompose these chemical disinfectants and alcohol base, and are effectively ALLERGIC to them without even knowing it.

If you don't believe me Google "symptoms of overexposure to disinfectants" and see for yourself. There are several articles available from health departments all over the world documenting overexposure among health workers. AND that can happen to you too!

There IS a solution for the problem: an easy (and halaal for Muslims!) mixture you can make from THREE ingredients in you home.

Here it is:

  • 50 ml bleach (ANY bleach, even the extremely cheap ones!)
  • 5 ml dishwashing liquid or lemon juice
  • water to fill a 500 ml spray bottle

Mix these ingredients together in a spray bottle. Use it to clean surfaces AND disinfect your hands. The dishwashing liquid makes it soft enough to use on your hands without drying the skin out.

You can also divide the dosage by 5 and put it in a small 100 ml application bottle to carry in your pocket or handbag. If you come to a disinfectant station, you pop it out and just say, "I am using mine!" If they ask you why, just say, "I am allergic to waterless hand cleaner."

Don't get overexposed on those chemical hand cleaners!
